PPSAT in Charlotte, NC is seeking a bilingual Patient Access Representative to join our team in the Contact Center. Our ideal candidate will be looking for a career, not just a job. We are all about providing quality care to our patients and providing a non-judgmental space where patients feel welcomed. This position will be responsible for receiving inbound patient calls, scheduling appointments, demonstrating knowledge of PPSAT services and fees, while providing professional and customer-oriented phone service to a diverse group of clients based upon defined productivity metrics.

Bilingual in Spanish/English REQUIRED.

Job type: Full-time (working 40 hours/a week ) This is position is ON-SITE.

Mon: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm

Tues: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm

Wed: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm

Thurs: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm

Fri: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm

Sat:7:30am-2:00pm

Sun: CLOSED

Note: For this position, the expectation is that the Patient Access Representative will rotating weekends every 4th Saturday from 7:30 am - 2:30 pm,

Salary: PPSAT’s compensation philosophy is based in equity and transparency. Built from data driven compensation studies, our positions are placed within a developed pay grade structure. This position’s minimum pay rate is $15.00/hour and starting offers are determined by both the candidate’s experience and internal equity within the assigned pay grade.

Those who pass the Bilingual Assessment are eligible for an additional $1.00 added to their base rate.
